POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Test, maintain, support and configure SAP Payroll and/or Time solutions and related third-party bolt-ons.
Analyze user needs and provide customer facing application support to business process owners.
Perform system configuration and incident support in SAP HCM Payroll and Time; Confer with vendors to design or recommend HCM third-party solutions.
Gather and analyze business requirements from business process owners, document functional requirements, develop and recommend solutions, and identify any potential process change impacts.
Act as a liaison between the business and ABAP developers for incident support.
Assist with service pack modifications and updates; Optimize issue resolution by following production support procedures.
Maintain and execute support system application processes and procedures.
Transition the support of new projects/enhancements from project teams.
Ensure proper communication to all levels of the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related.
Five years’ experience as a Senior Consultant, Developer or related is required and must include: Implementation, Support and Maintenance of Personnel Management and Organizational Management modules (including creation of custom Info types, Designing Features and creating Dynamic actions for PA infotypes
Supporting Time Management Module by modifying Personnel Calculation Rules and Time Schema as per Business requirement.
Supporting and maintaining US Payroll systems to ensure compliance with corporate and legislative requirements including Federal, State and Local Taxes.
Supporting SAP Adhoc queries, Standard SAP Reports, and Custom Reporting (including Payroll, Time, Enterprise Compensation and Personnel administration) by identifying, testing and resolving defects in reports and providing root cause analysis.
Designed and Implemented HR in distributed systems through SAP standard Application Link Enabling mechanism/Idocs, and integrating HR Masterdata with different SAP R/3 systems running ECC versions 4.7 and 6.
Supporting various SAP Interfaces sending/receiving Demographic and Payroll data to/from 3rd party vendors (including ADP, Concur, Equifax, Bank of America.
