Understanding the scope of the project,
Creating test strategy,
Identifying Test Scenarios,
Estimating testing efforts and sharing the testing effort with management to acquire the necessary resources,
Drive Test Execution,
Coordinating the test data setup, Integration testing and System testing,
Coordinating with other stakeholders for integration testing and performance testing activities
Leading and monitoring analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases,
Reporting test results to all relevant project stakeholders,
