Job Description :
Overview: Seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors integration consultant to join the design of a full-scale SAP SuccessFactors rollout. Client is migrating from diverse legacy applications to centralized SAP SuccessFactors application. The responsibilities will include problem solving on the suggested solution and approach, suggesting the best architecture for integration and data conversions, project planning and tracking, documenting key decisions and handling.
The candidate must possess good SAP SuccessFactors integration knowledge and an ability to work with as well as coach multiple clients. You will be expected to work independently and at client site from Monday to Thursday.

Responsibilities
Facilitate the design and blueprinting of SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite of applications
Challenge and problem solve with team to develop clear scope and effective design (especially design for RICEFW objects - Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows)
Identify key risks and challenges to suggested design options
Lead/ co-facilitate workshops as needed
Work in an agile way to deliver / collect feedback during agile sprints
Bring best of the SAP SuccessFactors knowledge to the team
Manage project timelines, issues and risks
Track client feedback and ensure timeline closure to open items

Required Qualifications
Bachelors or graduate degree
5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors (must be integration lead for legacy to SAP SuccessFactors programs)
Experience with at least 2 full SAP SuccessFactors implementations (i.e. from planning, design to implementation)
Demonstrated ability to lead large projects, with multiple stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS office tools (especially ppt)
Ability to travel to client (Monday to Thursday)

Preferred Qualifications
SAP SuccessFactors certification
PHR/ SPHR certification
PMP certification
Knowledge of SAP solutions e.g. SAP Hana, Integration best practices etc
