Data conversion/migration experience with SAP Success factors· Experience overseeing the data loads into environments and assisting with data validation · Experience developing the transformation mapping from a legacy system to Success Factors· The successful candidate must have direct relevant experience working with Success Factors Employee Central customers and systems integrators on IT systems and platforms. · The candidate will be tasked with data conversion activities from SAP HCM and other systems to Employee Central and have understanding on SDLC processes. · Hands on experience implementing Saas solution functionality and expected to provide quality deliverables on time and within budget. · Should have prior conversion experience and must be very skilled in data work activities. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Success Factors Employee Central Conversion Support data conversion migration experience in SAP environment· Data conversion experience with SAP Success factors HCM (PA, OM, BEN, PY) Assists client in developing the transformation mapping from their legacy system to Success Factors Facilitates the data loads into environments and assists with data validation.

Understanding SAP HR Success Factors data structures will need to have an understanding of client data protection rules bull Works with stakeholders to understand, assign business value to, prioritize, and document functional and technical requirements. bull Perform fitgap analysis and work with solution architect bull Support user experience design bull Creates and analyzes other documentation including but not limited to proposed release schedules, requirements traceability matrices, release notes, training scenarios, and test cases.· Advanced MS Excel skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
