1. Hands on experience and very good hold on SuccessFactors Platform, Learning and Succession Planning.
2. Good knowledge on SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay.
3. Good experience in SAP HCM modules especially STRONG hold on PAOM and HR Interfaces (Inbound and Outbound

1. Nice to have SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding experience.
2. Nice to have experience in Workday and its Integration with SuccessFactors modules.
