Job Description:
This position will primarily be responsible to support day-to-day activities for Solution Manager upgrade. Including troubleshoot, running test scripts, documentation management and resolve issues for SAP Solution Manager. It also includes support and assist with the building project plans for upgrade activities. To provide coordination and communicate project status to stakeholders as needed
Required Skills and Experience
Experience with providing the day-to-day operational support activities, troubleshoot and resolve client issues
Experience with purchased application support including configuration, maintenance, and operational support.
Exhibits critical thinking skills, attention to detail, quick learner and service oriented
Excellent with tracking metrics and reporting; excellent MS Office skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working as a Solution Manager administrator to maintain and configure the tool Basic knowledge and understanding of the SAP products is helpful
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to write job aids, training material and verification processes.
Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
Proven ability to deliver results in a timely manner
Strong analytical skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
