Requisition Details:
5- 7 years of experience with Strong expertise in SAP Solution Manager
Worked in Implementation, Upgrade and Support Projects
Extensive Experience in Change Request Management, IT Service Management, Business Process Monitoring and CBTA
Configure ITSM, ChaRM, BPM and CBTA
Setup BI & PI Monitoring, Interface & Connection Monitoring, Job Monitoring Setup End User Experience Monitoring
Establish Job Scheduling Management for Production Systems and setup JSM Health Check Report
Work within the framework of the Project Management standards to deliver business needs quickly.
Excellent communication skills and active listening skills
Proficient in Application Operations, Business Process Operations & Implementation tools
Desired experience if any:
Working Experience on SOLMAN 7.2
Should have good implementation (hands-on) experience in ITSM, CHARM, BPMon, CSOL, DGP and Solution Documentation
CHARM- Cross System Object locking and downgrade protection knowledge
Extensive experience in SAP Solution Manager, and specialization in Application Life Cycle
Experience on Technical Monitoring/Business Process monitoring
Strong Prior experience working in Run SAP like a Factory approach of Solution Manager
Knowledge of ITIL support processes, preferred ITIL Certification
