Role: SAP Solution Architect
Location: Raymond, OH
Duration: Fulltime
Minimum 8 years of working experience in SAP Consulting, working as a Solution Architect
Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP Implementation and multiple Rollouts experience from onsite USA
Experience in working on Support and Maintenance engagements
Should possess strong domain knowledge preferably in Automotive industry
Experience should cover prime functional areas including Finance, Logistics and EAM/PPM with strong technical connect
Experience in integrating third party on premise as well as cloud tools such as SuccessFactor, Concur, ServiceNow with SAP ECC
Experience in proactively identifying Business Pain areas and providing solutions to business to deliver value
Experience to Gathering, refining and validatings complex business requirements, interdependencies, potential risks and issues
Translates high level business requirements into functional and technical specifications and manages changes to such specifications
Facilitates communication and gains commitment between business units to align solutions with business strategies
Should be a self-motivated professional and natural communicator processing good functional, technical, initiating, leadership and problem solving skills
Should be a quick learner and updated with latest technology trends
Job Responsibilities:
Should be able to analyze business and functional requirements and act as an architect to articulate solutions and ensure those gets delivered by the team
Should be able to lead and coordinate between the Client and offshore teams
Should be able to address critical issues and provide quick solutions to the client to ensure uninterrupted running of business
Should be able to build professional relationships with clients, management, colleagues for ensuring delivery of proposed solutions
Should be well versed with issues and relevant solutions related to prime SAP modules and should guide the team to handle those within the defined SLA
Should have high caliber designing & consulting capabilities
Experience in various end-to-end project execution phases such as Design Analysis, Blue-printing, Configuration, Prototyping, Testing, Training, Cutover etc.
Should have very good verbal and written communication ability, should be able to establish connect with Business users, consultants and team in US work environment
