SAP Senior Manager - AMO Cloud Services
Travel : Up to 50% - regular and expeditious travel throughout the United States and occasionally overseas is required to meet client needs and time
Location: Houston, Dallas, or Denver strongly preferred, but candidates are welcome to be based in any of our locations with an office - Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, DC, LA, NY, Portland, San Francisco, or Seattle Eligibility: US Citizens / Green Card holders / EAD Candidates only please!
Responsibilities will include
Establishing and being responsible for annual revenue plan for SAP solutions within US Cloud Services
Providing oversight for SAP related Cloud Services engagements and maximizing the profitability along with client satisfaction
Working with clients to identify the Cloud Services opportunity and define the scope of services
Working as a key member of the sales pursuit team with responsibilities ranging from developing the solution and delivery approach, and work effort, to creating the pricing for new opportunities.
Business Development duties, including RFP responses, proposals, presentations, pricing, negotiations, case studies, process flows, solution design, letters of intent (LOI), master service agreements (MSA), and statements of work (SOW) creation.
Project Management responsibilities, including project setup, resource staffing, scheduling, revenue forecasting, budgeting, costing, and profitability in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) system.
Understanding of various solutions within the broad SAP functional and technical software arena, identifying areas of growth and developing Cloud Services capabilities
Collaboration with SAP consulting practice in the US to identify sales opportunities, joint pursuits and common training plan
Collaborating with the Global Delivery Centers to identify, staff, and deliver new capabilities on a global basis.
Managing the resources within SAP Cloud Services US team, measuring their performance, providing feedback and recruiting new resources
Leading quarterly Service Delivery Review meetings with all clients to ensure SLA-adherence, continuous service improvement and high customer satisfaction
Required Technical Skills
Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in professional services (prior major consultancy experience preferred) with a focus on SAP technologies, including a general understanding of Basis and HANA.
Experience with architecting solutions in various SAP technologies
Thorough understanding of the overall SAP landscape
Hands-on experience with developing solutions in the various SAP functional and technical areas.
Required Functional Skills
Demonstrated experience in building consulting practices or service offerings
Provide architectural and design guidance
Past experience with supporting and maintaining SAP solutions
Past experience with overseeing client engagements
Experience with architecting solutions, estimating effort
Experience with leading sales activities
Identify and execute on process improvement initiatives
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a team environment and under tight timeframes
Effectively promote best practices
Excellent client interaction skills
Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written)
