Position Responsibilities:
Work with internal and external partners to understand requests, gather requirements, perform ROI and risk analysis.
Design and build SAP Security and GRC solutions.
Perform maintenance and support of SAP Security & GRC modules.
Knowledge on compliance and privacy standards such as SOX and other required to meet the Compliance & Security related reporting requirements.
Ensure technical solutions maintain design integrity, adhere to functional designs and meet business needs.
Create test scripts and drive integration and regression testing.
Successfully handle multiple issues and tasks, completing them on time and within budget while exceeding expectations.
Ensure, where possible, that global solutions are scalable.
Seek opportunities to develop and maintain knowledge of business processes, application functionality and configuration.
Recommend operational continuous improvement opportunities, service efficiency initiatives and business process improvement to better serve business needs.
Make recommendations on functional and technical improvements to the application.
Work closely with other team members, locally and globally, proactively sharing expertise to improve and ensure team success
Provide feedback on team members’ performance.
Submit written project status and time.
Experience and/or Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
At least 8 year experience in designing and implementing SAP security Users and Roles in support customer requirements.
At least 4 years of direct experience with SAP Security, Compliance Management, Risk Management, Customs Management, and other associated SAP tools and technology.
Single point of contact on SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control (version 10.x experience preferred) implementations, optimizations, and assessments.
Gathering business requirements for the following SAP GRC modules
Access Request Management (ARM)
Access Risk Analysis (ARA)
Emergency Access Management (EAM)
Configure Segregation of Duty (SoD) and Sensitive Access Rules in ARA
Configure User Provisioning & User Access Review workflows in ARM
Configure Elevated Access functionality in EAM and develop firefighter roles as required
Configure Reporting for Compliance (SOX)
Prepare Test Scenarios & documentation on the Roles and related access
Deep experience with security concepts and User/Role administration across all SAP products (i.e,SAP BW/BI, CRM, Solution Manger, XI,/PI, SRM, APO and BOBJ) is strongly preferred.
Experience with Role implementation and /or Role redesign by assisting customers in defining Roles and remediating potential Segregation of Duty (SoD) conflicts.
Provide technical support for customer implementation of SAP-based technology like Centralized User Administration, Identity Management (IdM), Single Sign-On, and SAP GRC.
Enforce security policies and procedures by performing periodic reviews of security reports for the customers.
Verbal communication between peers and supervisor, proper grammar and clear expression of thoughts in a positive, constructive fashion are key components of any verbal exchange.
