Position: SAP Security Administrator
Location: Renton, WA
Duration: 3-6 Months
POSITION SUMMARY:
The SAP Security Administrator is responsible for user access to our SAP systems including S4/Fiori, ERP, BW, HANA, BOBJ, GRC and SAP Portal. Work closely with Internal and External Auditors, and with all groups within the lnformation Technology Division.
JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITY:
Complete user access requests in S4/Fiori, ERP,BW, HANA, BOBJ, GRC and SAP Portal.
Perform role creation and combination assessments from project requirements and develop recommendations from those findings.
Follow policies and procedures including, but not limited to, Change Control, project management methodology, SOX controls.
Creation, modification and utilization of master, derived, simple, and composite roles where applicable within the SAP Modules.
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years'' experience with SAP user creation, deletion and modification in S/4, ERP, BW, HANA, BOBJ, and SAP Portal
1+ years recent, relevant experience in SAP Security design, implementation and administration across all are
Of SAP including S4/Fiori, ERP, BW,HANA, BOBJ, and SAP Portal
Understanding of SAP GRC Access Control
Maintain high level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines
Strong written and very good communication skills
Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
Strong quantitative and problem solving skills
Proven ability to stay organized
Customer service oriented
EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:
Bachelor''s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Prolonged sitti ng and manual dexterity are required.
