Role Description :-

Provide support for Major Incident Management and ensure timely resolution
of Major Incidents
Should have delivered support in complex EAI and multi-discipline IT and
Business environments
Ensure SAP functional best practices are adhered to during Incident and
Problem investigation and resolution
Provide technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed incident &
problem resolutions.

Essential Skills

Purchase Planning - Purchase governance, strategy development,
risk management, procurement office planning
Category Management - Spend & opportunity analysis, supplier
development, purchasing controlling
Supplier qualification - Demand and market analysis, supplier
identification & evaluation, approved vendor list
Supplier negotiation - RFQ, Reverse auction, Bid Evaluation &
Awarding
Contract Management - contract development, execution & monitoring
Order Management - Source of supply assignment, restriction
validation, order generation & tracking
Supply Base Management - Supplier self -registration and profile
data administration
Should have experience in at least 2 end to end
implementation/Support projects in SAP SRM with exposure to system
configuration, custom process design- Should know very good understanding of
Self Service procurement, RFX, Central contracts, SUS, ROS- Should have good
knowledge in integration components like catalogs, portal, SAP PI, SAP BI-
Should have very good understanding of Procurement processes- Supplier
lifecycle management (SLC) exposure
