1. Significant implementation and support experience as an SRM Functional consultant
2. At least three (1) SRM project implementations, preferably in the K-12 space
3. Minimum three (3) years of SRM Functional experience, preferably in the K-12 space
4. Strong SRM Functional configuration experience with existing technical and functional requirements and implemented procedures and processes
5. Strong SRM knowledge of XML and PI processing of purchase orders to external vendors
6. Experience in documentation of configuration and test scenarios
7. Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and tools: SAP Solution Manager, ABAP, and Agile
8. Knowledge of SAP OSS note search functionality
9. Knowledge of SAP Incident reporting and resolution procedures
10. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
11. Must be able to participate in an Agile team environment
12. Ability to effectively communicate functional and technical expertise to a variety of business and technical partners

Liaison with the development, business teams for production support issues, new enhancement requests, support pack testing, enhancement pack testing
Review and understand business requirements
Document configurations, functional specs
Assist in performing end to end configuration, testing, and implementation of enhancements requested by business process owners and/or required by SAP experts
Test and support the solution to ensure it satisfies the requirements
Assist in fulfilling the requirements of the Project Management Office, as required
Assist in coordinating with Applications Development and additional developers, as required, due to lack of in house expertise in SRM configuration, development and integrations
Work with other teams to ensure an integrated end-to-end solution is delivered
Provide post-go live support and defect resolution and/or change requests
Partners closely with the designated Sr. Business Process Specialist to ensure successful implementation and knowledge transfer

To provide functional and technical expertise and support services for SRM

Work can be performed remotely, however onsite is preferred, with Agile Team and SAP/SRM Developers as well as with SAP Technical support, as needed. On-site work is encouraged for more intensive development efforts related to SRM for knowledge transfer to internal staff.

Existing Development Constraints Consultant to assist with:

New XML and PI configuration and development with vendor UDT
o Specification writing
o Development with OCPS staff
o Testing with staff and UDT vendor staff
Shopping Cart code development for edit checks of certain account assignment fields
o Specification writing
o Development with staff
o Testing with staff
Support of technical issues related to shopping carts, approval work flows, purchase orders, etc as they arise in the Production system
Support during support pack testing and issue resolution including but not limited to:
o Testing of processes
o Identification of issues
o Working with SAP for issue resolution
o Regression testing of resolved issues
Support during testing and implementation of SAP Enhancement Pack 8 and future updates to SRM functionality as part of ongoing initiatives.
Manifests a professional code of ethics and values.
Models the routine, intentional and effective use of technology in daily work, including communications, organization and management tasks.
Utilize the soft skill of influence with or without direct leadership involvement to implement, manage or maintain enterprise projects.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
