Description:
Strong grasp on P2P process and its configuration and good understanding of OTC process.
Should have hands on experience on special procurement processes like Consignment, Subcontracting, STO.
Should be well versed with MM integration with SD and FI Should have worked extensively with Idocs, Outputs, Background jobs.
Should have experience in designing custom programs, preparing functional specs for programs enhancements which involve BAPIBADIBDC, with detailed error handling mechanism.

Must Have Skills
Total 6-8 years’ experience with minimum 4-5 years of experience in Service Management(SM) Customer Service (CSAdvanced knowledge on Notification, Service orders, Warranty and billing.
Expert knowledge on Contracts Value Quantity Service
Worked on revenue recognition
Hands on experience DIP profiles and Resource related billing. Repair order process.
Customer service master data Equipment master, warranty master, functional location, counters etc.
Knowledge on Idocs setup of partner profile

Responsibilities:
Worked on Interfaces with both SAP and no SAP systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work on multiple projects simultaneously
