Job Description :
Should have min 2 to 3 projects experience in application support and maintenance and implementations in SF.
Trained and experienced in all phases of the AMS lifecycle.
Provides guidance to End users and resolve the issues quickly
Should be able to guide offshore consultant/SMEs
Responsible for production incident tickets; ensures that issues are tracked and resolved.
Provides support in IT & SIT Test phases
Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely. Should have good presentation skills
Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly-changing team-oriented environment
