Job Description :
The selected candidate will be responsible for the SAP Sales (Channel Management) Functional Analysis.
Sales (channel management) Business Analyst:
Demonstrated experience in the sales SAP ECC 6.0 and CRM 7.0: Hi-tech Channel management, with experience in Distributor Resale Management, Inventory management, Claims management, Quote management, Sales and Distribution.
There could be an occasional night call, regular early morning calls
Lead impact and gap analysis efforts, as well as document findings
Elicit and document requirements
Develop robust suite of test cases and work with team to determine test automation requirements
Define and adhere to project test plans
Execute testing while adhering to project schedules
Document test results and progress utilizing HP Quality Center (QC Provide status updates, leverage HPQC reports
Assist in coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Liaison to UAT testers
Facilitate test status meetings
Provide effective status communication to team
Manage defects resolution for test cycles. Coordinate re-testing efforts
Develop user training material. Potentially, lead end-user training sessions
Planning and execution of cutover and transition to support activities
