Essential Skills
Experience with S/4 Hana
At least 1 or 2 SAP SD CS implementation projects
SD and Customer service management including service contracts, service notifications, service orders, equipment/install base management.
Functional expertise in SAP ECC functional module for customer service.
Good understanding of SAP functionality offered by the SAP product for customer service area.
Ability to train advanced users, design, develop and troubleshoot issues in SAP.
Has experience across implementation, support, and rollout projects and execution methodologies. Is conversant with integration of SAP CS solution with other modules like MM and SD.
Experience in at least two SAP projects with SAP CS solution.
Understanding on master data relevant to SAP CS and use of different fields in the master data for the CS processes.
