Title- Business Systems Consultant – Sales / Service Modules (SD/CS)
Location - Warrenville IL
Duration - 3 months
The Opportunity
-Provide detailed IT Solution Architecture for new processes and gaps
-Facilitate & perform detailed req.''s eng. with Moscow & detailed Bus. Process Design (Micros)
-Liase with Solution Consultants to resolve architectural issues
-Estimate user stories, tasks, change requests, moscow prioritize
-Align scope, build user stories and have timebox finished products approved (according to DoD)
-Prepare test data and pretest new functionality (Unit Test and Function Test within IT)
-Presentation of finished products and the developed functionalities
-Integration Test and User Acceptance Test with Business keyusers
-Perform, plan and support data migration in projects / timeboxes, ensure required data quality
-Contribute to IT/Business Docu. or validation documents in projects/support as outlined in RACI matrix
-Train keyusers and relevant SAPCC peers on ERP processes
-Complete Hyper care phase and resolve support incidents after golive until project signoff
-Handover knowhow, docu and solution to support team
-Resolve Level 3 Support Issues
-Additional and secondary tasks as assigned
Your Profile
-Degree in software engineering (Master, Bachelor or equivalent)
-5+ years of experience implementing logistic business processes in SAP Sales modules (SD/CS)
-Familiar with Waterfall and Agile Project Implementation Methodologies
-Multiple end to end project lifecycle experience for implementing SAP & other Business Systems
-Familiar with SAP Standard Functionalities (eg. ERP, Hana etc and Custom Development procedures
-Experience in organizational change / process change and how to manage transformations
-Experience with relevant IT/SAP Accelerators (Project Tools, Data Migration Tools, Frontend Simplification Tools etc
-Experience with relevant Admin Tools (eg. MS Office, Jira, Sharepoint, Solman etc
-Willingness to travel, as this position may require up to 40
