Consultant should possess:
Strong understanding of SAP’s sales and distribution module and customer service module.
At least three full life cycle implementation
At least 5 years of proven experience as a SD + CS team lead in implementation, support and design projects
Needs to have experience in Application support of production systems based on ITIL methodology.
Working experience in the following areas
Service contracts and contract models
Pricing and various methodologies
Variant configuration and variant pricing
Billing, Credit Memo, Debit Memo
Parts ordering for Service contract, availability check, transfer or requirements
Basic setting of SD module – partner determination, text determination etc.
Knowledge of foreign trade
Understanding of Delivery/Shipment processes /Interfaces , Consignment Processes.
Maintenance of technical objects
Understanding of hierarchy of technical objects and assignment of tech object to service contracts
Service notifications for service contracts and subsequent phase of notification’s lifecycle.
Assignment of field servicee personnel with service notifications.
Preventive maintenance processes
