Job Description :
Sales (channel management) Business Analyst position
Prior experience in SAP ECC 6.0 and CRM 7.0 Sales, specifically in Quote management
Assignment durations: 6-9 months
Need to be located in Dallas or willing to relocate
There could be an occasional night call, multiple early morning calls

Lead impact and gap analysis efforts, as well as document findings
Elicit and document requirements
Develop robust suite of test cases
Define and adhere to project test plans
Execute testing while adhering to project schedules
Document test results and progress utilizing HP Quality Center (QC Provide status updates, leverage HPQC reports
Assist in coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Liaison to UAT testers
Facilitate test status meetings
Provide effective status communication to team
Manage defects resolution for test cycles. Coordinate re-testing efforts
Develop user training material. Potentially, lead end-user training sessions
Planning and execution of cutover and transition to support activities

Required skills/expertise:
SAP ECC 6.0 and CRM 7.0 Hi-tech Channel management, with experience in Quote management

Documentation in testing scenarios / creating and managing defects
SAP Solution Manager 7.2 for business process documentation
