Position : SAP SCM-APO SNP/DP/PPDS/GATP
Location : Houston, TX
Relevant Skills & Experience:
eill take contract or full time
1. Must have 6+ years of APO ABAP experience in SCM-APO SNP/DP/PPDS/GATP modules, with the ability to understand and convert the functional specifications to technical specification, and unit test plans
2. Must have a deep technical understanding of APO development along with object oriented programming, BADI development, enhancement framework, etc
3. Must have completed a minimum of four major APO development projects
4. Must have extensive functional knowledge of SNP-Heuristic, safety stock, allocation, GATP-rule based allocation and allocation procedure
5. 4+ years of combined experience required in the following:
a. Interfaces - Reports and Enhancements
b. ALE/EDI/IDOC
c. Adobe/Smart Forms
d. Web Dynpro for ABAP
e. Workflow
Qualification:
1. Experience in all phases of systems implementation, including analysis/design, development, documentation, testing, and support is required
2. Demonstrated ability and willingness to investigate, diagnose, and solve complex problems quickly is required
3. Ability to work independently in a team environment, to collaborate well with others and to coordinate with numerous teams and people to accomplish goals and assignments is required
4. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex problems and issues in a concise manner (oral/written) to customers, peers and upper management is required
5. Strong interpersonal & Excellent written and oral communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for development and maintenance of SAP software applications
2. Work with the functional analysts to identify development needs and possible solutions
3. Participate in application support activities, including interaction with end users, troubleshooting and correcting issues, and reporting to management
4. Prepare comprehensive and thorough technical program documentation including but not limited to technical specifications, test conditions, test plans
