Day to Day Job Duties:
Instructs, directs, and checks the work of other team members.
Coaches, motivates and guides team members.
Utilizes best practice processes around work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance.
Builds relationships with customers to improve services and ensure service levels are being met.
Has advanced functional knowledge of area of responsibility.
Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
Creates business process flow charts for customer and technical review
Basic Qualifications:
Required 10+ years of SAP Finance experience Proficient in core Finance Module and SAP FI configuration experience with at least 4 end to end implementation experience
It is good to have experience working in SAP controlling module SAP S/4 HANA version 1709 implementation
Since SeneGence is Retail company, Credit card reconciliation with Credit Card Processors and Banks is Mandatory. Experience in Bank interfaces (ACH, Wire , Positive pay) Financial Consolidation using BPC Very good Communication skills.
Experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Commission and approval process, Bank accoun Management (Banking), Multiple currencies (USD, CAD, AUD, MXN
IS-Retail experience is good to have.
The candidate should have hands–on configuration experience in at least 2 end to end implementations.
Well versed with SAPs Best Practices, Hands on experiencing in Business blueprint phase with proven capability in requirement gathering, as-is, to-be document preparation, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing and process validation with business users.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Expert in guiding offshore team on : Business process validation, system configuration, Data Conversion and Migration, Custom developments, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Cutover planning & Execution, go-live and System stabilization Good overall understanding of overall SAP Business cycle including understanding of integration aspects of FI with SD and MM.
Good understanding of Data migration requirements, if any Should be able to prepare and understand functional specifications for custom objects and guide ABAP consultants for development of RICEFs
