Roles & Responsibilities

At least 10 years of experience in Project / Program Management in SAP upgrade / Projects execution
Having experience in ECC 6 to EHP 7 kind of projects execution is added advantage
Preferably PMP Certified

Job Description:
Lifecycle implementations such as SAP Upgrade, SAP systems consolidation, Plants rollouts, business process Transformations, performance improvement initiatives

Understand the Scope, Budget, and Schedule
Derive Project Plan, Customer & Team Interaction, Effective Project Status Reporting, Test Strategy
Managing the system landscape during the upgrade
Effective communication with all stakeholders, and engage relevant shareholders at the right time.
o Ensure key communications / Reviews are done during Solution design, review, Implementation, Testing, Rollout, Closure Phases
Manage project scope and track project status and deliverables
Review & Minimize downtime during the upgrade
o Review and Manage Acceptance Criteria
o Cutover Planning
o Post Cutover Planning
o Deliverables, Acceptance Criteria
Coordination with Onsite / Offshore Teams
Coordination with Customer Project Manager, Business / Stakeholders
Publish Project Status
