SAP Project Management: Support Services( AMS), should have handled transition before
Candidate having 8+ years of SAP Project Management experience, Excellent Communication Skills, Good Client Facing skills, Should be able to cordinate and work with multilocation functional and technical teams. Candidate should have handled SAP support projects before and should be having experience in Transition Management. should be well versed with SLA driven Multi Location Delivery model. Should be able to manage client expectations with respect to SLA adherence and Delivery commitments.
Should have ITSM Process Knowledge
Prior experience of handling AMS projects
