Position: SAS Programmers
Location: Pleasanton, CA
Details:
Review of clinical study protocol and SAP before starting actual work on the study.
Review mock shells and contributions in accordance to TA, project level standards.
Create programming specifications for SDTM and Analysis data sets for both study and project according to global standards.
Create validation plan document for SDTM, Analysis datasets and TLF''s
Programming in SAS for creation of derived data sets as per the specification document
Develop safety and efficacy TLF''s according to validation plan
Performing quality checks for reports generated by other team members and validation of new/modified SAS programs and macros.
Contributing to the development and documentation of analysis/clinical data set specifications, safety and efficacy analysis programming.
Performing quality assurance procedures on work performed by others.
Generating descriptive statistics, 95% CI, Estimates, P-value.
Performing Sensitivity, PPV, NPV, Relative Risk, Odds Ratio and Specificity Anaysis.
