Job Description :
Program manager should have experience to manage large programs, He should be able to planning. He should be detailed and plan oriented person. He will be required to follow up and drive the team, all the stake holders. He should be able to escalate at the right time to get the required attention.
He should have an understanding of SAP technical, infra and basis area. Should be able to ask right questions and lead the meetings, publish reports and manage the governance.
15 plus years of SAP experience
Should have Experience in SAP Upgrade and Migration Projects
Should have Excellent written, verbal communication and problem solving skills.
Should have Experience in project planning, coordination, controlling and tracking
Driving the meetings and timely closure of the actions
Experience to interact and coordinate with Business teams and other IT groups
Prepare detailed project plans for each phase and manage tasks for project
Drive project meetings and preparation for the meeting
Ensure timely completion of the tasks
Having Knowledge of SAP Basis and Operating systems will be added advantage
Key points for the profile-
Experience to manage large SAP Projects.
Experience as Project Manager in SAP Basis, Migration of data centre
Ability to do detailed planning using MS Project
Drive meetings, tasks, follow up with all the stakeholders
