Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
The SAP PS SME role will provide subject matter expertise on SAP PS/CO functionality in support of migrating client organizations from legacy systems to an existing SAP environment and business process re-engineering initiatives.
Support includes assisting in performing detailed fit/gap analysis, developing and evaluation of alternatives, creating/updating business process models, developing/reviewing functional specifications, advising on end user role definition/mapping, and providing guidance on data cleansing/validation.

Performs analysis and effective diagnosis of clients’ issues
Selects the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements
Develops and shares reusable assets that can be readily applied to new client projects
Understands the benefits of using state of the art methods and tools and their application on a particular engagement; contributes to continuous development of methods and tools
A significant contributor to work plans for components on engagements
May lead a particular work stream, reviewing, and directing the work of more junior staff
Coordinates activities between work streams and identifies changes in scope
Develops solutions to client problems through application of personal experience and methods and tools; validates solutions to subject matter experts
Demonstrates accountability and contributions to the successful realization of client goals

Qualifications
Required
Local or willing to relocate to Mechanicsburg, PA
Active Secret Security Clearance is a must
6+ years industry/consulting hands on work in the following areas:
o SAP PS/CO, Business Process Design/Re-Design, and Functional Requirements Development.
o Support includes assisting in performing detailed fit/gap analysis, developing and evaluation of alternatives, creating/updating business process models, developing/reviewing functional specifications, advising on end user role definition/mapping, and providing guidance on data cleansing/validation.
Bachelor''s degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related IT discipline
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Needs to be a strong addition to working teams
Aptitude for trouble-shooting and problem-solving
Preferred Skills
Experience in developing/supporting SAP systems in a Federal, environment, preferably Defense.
Knowledge of Working Capital Fund (WCF) business processes.
Experience in writing/reviewing functional specifications for interfaces, enhancements, and data conversions; business process models and test plans.
Experience with Reimbursable Work Orders (RWO) in a Federal or Public Sector environment, costing sheets, and cost reporting.
Knowledge of SAP Cost Accounting and Overhead Management.
CISA certification and/or knowledge of process and system audit controls is a plus.
