Job Description :
SAP PP Senior Consultant
Location: National - can be based anywhere in US, but preferably near one of our US offices in Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, Boston, or Denver
Fulltime Position
Green Card / Citizen
Travel : 10% Travel – remote is possible
Regular and expeditious travel throughout the United States and occasionally overseas is required to meet client needs and timetables

Required
Minimum of 3-5 years SAP experience with specific expertise in the PP module; experience with both Discrete Manufacturing process and Process order based manufacturing
Exposure to and experience with SAP S/4HANA Enterprise management desired, but not required
Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation
Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support preferred
1 or more full cycle implementations including: Scoping and Planning, Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Support
Previous work experience within a Management or IT consulting firm
Knowledge of ITIL is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree
Current configuration and module working knowledge in SAP ECC 6.0 is required in the following areas as outlined below:

Production Planning:
SOP/LTP/Capacity Planning
Demand Management
Transfer of Requirements from Sales
Working knowledge of Available to Promise (ATP)
Planning Strategies including Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order scenarios

Production Execution
Production Planning Master Data
Production and Process Order Types
Production Order and Process Order Confirmation
Working knowledge of PP/WM integration
Discrete/Repetitive/Rework/Process Order execution configuration and process knowledge
Production Order Costing knowledge for integration with SAP CO
Shop Floor Management Reporting

Materials Management
Inventory posting configuration
Experience with batch management processes and batch determination
Stock availability checking rule configuration and working knowledge
Subcontracting and external operations process knowledge
Experience with Handling Unit Management is preferred, but not required
