Duration: Full Time
Location: Naples, FL

Must Have Skills

SAP PP Master data
SAP PP configuration
Demand planning
Production execution
Make to stock production
Make to order production
Quality Planning
Quality Inspection
Quality Certificates
Quality Notification
Batch management
Serial number management
Integration of PPQM with other modules
Must be willing to work in a challenging production support environment

Good to have skills
Experience with SAP WM processes (Internal movements, picking, transfer orders set-up, posting change etc
Interfaces - WM-IM, WM-QM, WM-PP and RF Transactions for picking & Putaway.
Basic Debugging and technical (ABAP) skills
Previous position in Pharma or Medical Device industry will be a plus
Customer service-focused with strong desire to excel

Key responsibilities
Ability to co-ordinate with multiple technical teams, Business users and Customer
Conduct or participates in user requirements gathering, blueprinting & documentation designs
Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
Develop functional specifications and works with ABAP personnel resources to complete object development and testing
Work directly with business to understand the problem or opportunity
Work with the Service Desk to facilitate incident & problem resolution
Work with SAP to resolve software bugs.
Create business requirements for minor to moderate break/fix or enhancements
Plan and manage user acceptance testing activities
Plan and manage roll out of new functionality to production environment
Assist with day to day production support as needed
