Qualifications:
SAP Production Planning consultant with SAP APO skills. Prefered to have experiance in auto manufaturing industry.
- Hands on Experienced in Discrete, Repetitive manufacturing and Variant configuration
- Hands on experience in MTO scenarios
- Hands on experience on Materials requirement planning and consumption based planning.
- Configured production order types, order type dependent parameters, scheduling parameters, confirmation parameters
- Hands on experience on developing the custom reports.
- Hands on Experience on interfaces
- Configured Availability checks, Production Scheduling Profile, Production Order Types, Plant parameters, Trigger Points for Confirmation in production orders
- Good exposure in integration with MM, SD, QM, WM and FICO.
- Should be able to write Functional and technical specs for IDOCs with third party interfaces
- Should be able to prepare user documents and provide user training on various logistics functionalities.
- Experience on PP subcontracting process
- Should be able to work CAPP calculations.
- Should have good knowledge with APO functions related to manufacturing,
