Duration : 6 months contract
Job Description:
The SAP Production Planning Consultant is responsible for the execution of the detail design and configuration of the current business processes in SAP’s S/4 HANA product.
Responsibilities:
Working with the Process Team Lead in the analysis and decomposition of current business processes, perform the scripting exercises, and design and configure the SAP’s S/4 HANA system to support the organization’s "To-Be" process vision. This implies providing design for integration with all other modules of SAP FI-CO, PS, QM, MM, SD
Design of reports, forms, interfaces, enhancements and conversions.
Execution of the system unit testing and integration testing. This includes performing the test, making changes in configuration based on results, and error resolution.
Conduct workshops and presentations to validate business design with the end user community.
Working with the end user documentation team in the identification of business processes and system tasks to be documented as well as providing training to the end user training and development team.
Design Authorization profiles
Provide post-implementation production support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor''s Degree Required
Should have knowledge of SAP Activate project management methodology
Must be an experienced system user of Production Planning (Master Data , Planning and Production Execution)
Must have Very good knowledge of Production Planning and Control functions namely:
Production Planning – Master Data
Material Planning- MRP, LTP, CBP
Good knowledge of Variant structure BOM & iPPE structure
Production Execution in MTO Automotive Industry
Goods Movements
Variant Configuration
Cross functional knowledge of Materials management and product costing
Interface with PLM & MES system
MUST have SAP S/4 HANA – PP configuration, Knowledge of Variant Configuration is must. Experience in MTO scenario with discrete and repetitive manufacturing process.
MUST have experience preparing functional specifications for Reports, Interfaces, Data conversions, Enhancements, Forms
MUST have Automotive experience (at least 2 projects; preferably last 2)
MUST be conversant and ready to work in Onsite-Offshore model.
