Job Description :
Primary contact with the client for all day to day aspects of the delivery for EAI including:
o Monitoring of overall ticket handling, resolution, quality and backlogs for EAI
o Minimum 5-8 years of experience managing / supporting EAI
o Proven experience dealing with on-shore/off-shore team is a must
o Solid background in SAP EAI/PI/PO and can support followings:
Monitoring
Incidents resolution
Break-fix
PI/PO support
Troubleshooting communication
Responding to inquiries from partners 24×7 as issues arise
Making updates to translation maps Internal business users interactions
