Title : SAP Organizational Change Management

Description :

The role is accountable for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans to increase user adoption and minimize overall business risks.
Requires an experienced implementation trainer/facilitator with diverse experience in project and change management.
OCM activities include: Stakeholder Engagement, Sponsorship Alignment, Change Impacts, Learning and Communications.
Organizational Impact Assessment: Assess impact of technology change on the business to formulate the change management strategy, which includes plans and recommendations to improve user adoption and minimize impact on the business
Culture Change: Proactively work with project leadership to identify and address resistance and change readiness challenges
Learning and Development: Assess organizational learning capabilities; Conduct training needs assessment, design curriculum, develop training materials to support business process changes and systems implementation
OCM activities include Stakeholder Engagement, Change Impacts, Learning and Communications
Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
Write and Deliver business plans for organizational expansion
Conduct training to support the Change Management process and all other assigned processes.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred
3-5 years’ experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Learning Solutions, Talent Strategies, Communications and Training design and development, User Enablement, or equivalent human capital consulting role
Ability to set direction, develop and lead learning while developing strategies that improve user adoption and manage end user expectations
Experience and knowledge with change management principles, methodologies and tools
Identify and communicate business impacts, change awareness, and acceptance.
5 years ERP preferred
