Manager, Financial Systems
Alpharetta, GA

The OTC Financial Manager has the responsibility to partner with our business partners and IT to deliver the optimum technical solutions. The manager must have experience in improving billing and accounts receivable processes through system enhancements.

He/she must demonstrate hands-on experience in leading and managing multiple enhancements and projects. We are looking for a demonstrated track record in delivering solutions on time and within budget and addressing the evolving needs of the business. He/she must possess strong leadership and systems knowledge of SAP OTC. Job responsibilities include the following:
Identify areas of operational improvement by staying abreast of OTC best practices in technology (SAP, Mediation, etc)
Review and approve all Business Requirement Documents
Understand and support technical solutions
Partner with Business Units to understand issues and partner with IT to ensure solution will meet requirements
Execute regression testing
Lead and engage appropriate resources when support issues arise and ensure user needs are being met through proper monitoring
Effectively partner and communicate with business units and IT to ensure the SAP OTC organization stays aligned with the needs of *
Incorporate all new functionality into the OTC User Guide
Other job duties as requested

Basic Qualifications for Consideration
Bachelor Degree required
7 to 10 years'' experience in SAP SD/AR/FSCM
Proven experience in Waterfall/Agile methodologies
Must have analytical, problem solving, team building, and change management skills
Proficient in MS Office Tools
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and solve problems.
Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational, collaboration, presentational and trouble shooting skills
Candidate must be a pro-active self-starter with a dynamic and resilient nature
Extremely well organized and detailed oriented with demonstrated follow-up skills
Proficient in PC applications to include: MS Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPointBasic qualification

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education
Bachelor Degree in Information Science or Business
Knowledge and experience with Mediation platforms
Ideal candidate will have experience with offshore relationships
Industry experience in the Fintech and/or software industries
Strong organizational skills, in particular, an attention to detail and the ability to respond to inquiries in a timely and effective manner
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers and business partners

Travel required: Should be open to domestic and international travel for short durations. ~10% to ~15%.
