Detailed Job Description
Experience of 5+ full lifecycle SAP implementations/rollouts in SD/OTC area (good experience with Order Management, Transportation Scheduling System, Deliveries, Shipment)
Minimum 5+ years of experience as SAP OTC lead consultant and 15+ years of SAP SD/OTC SAP experience
Responsible for assisting on defining, designing, governing and delivering SAP centric solutions that enable and enhance Order to Cash processes like Sales Orders, Outbound Deliveries, Pricing and Customer returns. Strong experience with EDI communication as it relates to processing.
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP OTC related projects
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
Act as a liaison between the business functions and the project team
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary modifications to satisfy clients'' needs.
