Requirement gathering from the business and producing deliverables like business requirement document, test cases, functional work flow status reports.
Coordination with global business users and IS colleagues on various in-flight enhancements OTC support to business users.
Review test cases, results and provide support as needed prepare monthly operating reviews dashboard, and other reports as requested. Represent IS on business meetings.

SAP OTC hands on functional expertise. 4 years of SAP OTC functional experience.
Customer orientation and ability to work with the business in a demanding environment.
Problem solving and analytical abilities.
Experience of business process analysis; business analysis consulting experience; experience as a participating team member on major business process improvement initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Demonstrates an urgency to achieve goals and can be relied upon to deliver results; ability to handle varying amounts of information, distill key points drawing practical conclusions translating into a strong business case and clear business requirements.
