Job Description :
The SAP Operations Control Center (OCC) Solution Manager Administrator is responsible for the design, configuration and maintenance of critical Monitoring, Alerting,
and escalation processes that within the SAP Solution Manager MAI (Monitoring & Alerting Infrastructure Additionally this role will be involved in developing and delivering AIOPS
Use Cases the elevate Operations to proactive and predictive levels of automation and response to system and business process events.
Duties include:
1) Develop, configure and maintain the monitoring environment of the Productive SAP Ecosystem (including critical non-SAP systems and processes)
2) Leverages the Agile Scrum processes to deliver OCC and AIOPS monitoring and alerting that reduces TCO, increases DevOps agility and automates IT response to issues and problems.
3)Immediately follows up on events indicating a technical or functional problem in the Monitoring and Alerting systems and processes that may impact the business or other IT teams.
