Position: SAP Multichannel Foundation (MCF)
Location: Pineville, LA

Responsible for the integration of SAP Multichannel Foundation for Utilities (MCF) with an existing web based self service customer portal solution. Requires extensive knowledge of the open data protocol (OData) and the SAP MCF framework including, SAP NetWeaver Gateway Service Builder to extend and modify the standard delivered MCF OData services across both CRM and IS-U. Should also have knowledge of the SAP IS-U and CRM for Utilities data model. Priority will be given to candidates with previous experience in integrating SAP with other web based self service platforms.
