AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable, PO (Purchase Order)
Responsible for quality and timely delivery.
Quality assurance on any vendor development.
Communicate and mentor SAP development capabilities for other team members.
Develops testing approach and strategy to accurately test business requirements for complex projects. Identifies and documents system deficiencies and recommends solutions.
Support UAT efforts through application readiness, preparation of test environments and test cases as well as creation of data.
Resolves defects in a timely manner.
Deploys software changes conforming to company standards.
Creates change controls with appropriate implementation, test and back out plans.
Assesses organizational readiness and raises any risks.
Responds in a timely manner to production support calls and independently handles complex issues. Identifies and resolves root cause issues.
