Role: SAP MO (Manufacturing Operations)/ PP-PI Business Analyst
Location: TCS – Indianapolis , IN
Duration (Months): 12 Months
Experience needed:
SAP SCM MO (PP-PI) professional design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. The primary focus will be collaborating with business
partners, influencing the processes, tools and operating models within the relevant area. The role will involve determining the nature of the business need in order to
contribute the most value-adding application of the solution.
Key deliverables/objectives
Opportunity to become an expert in the SAP technology and the business processes it supports
Interact and collaborate with global, regional and local Business Partners as appropriate, in order to better understand the business and its priorities, and
represent their requirements within SAP
Partner with the IT Architects in assessing local business requirements and drive the development of business cases and system solutions in SAP
Promote process improvements and innovation to drive business process optimization
Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible solutions to moderately complex problems
Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems
Promote process improvements and innovation to drive business process optimization
Experience and Skillset needed:
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in SAP MO/PP-PI Module
Minimum of two end-to-end implementations, including hands-on design and configuration expertise.
Minimum 1 Productino support project experience.
Functional/technical proficiency with full lifecycle SAP implementation
Experience with Solution Manager, HP Application Lifecycle Management, Service Now, and, to lesser extents, Realtech, and Winshuttle are preferred
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Must have excellent English oral and written skills and must be able to exert their leadership, influence, and effective communication skills
