Role Description:
Worked in at-least 2 roll-out projects in earlier engagements.
Experience in master data including material master, vendor master, PIRs, quota, batch management, etc.
Experience in MM procurement process like standard purchase, stock transport order both Inter-company & Intra-company STOs, sub-contracting using outbound delivery, contracts & scheduling agreements.
Experience in PO release strategy & workflow.
Experience in Inventory processing with handling unit managed ware house.
Experience in invoice processing for variances like quantity & price.
Experience in MRP planning for external procurement along with various parameters in planning.
Working knowledge in 3PL interfaces and EDI interfaces.
Knowledge in using SolMan
Change management process experience
Experience in testing tools like HP ALM
Good in communication
Desirable Skills:
Should be able to lead the business site SME/ team in rolling out the template solution.
Provides specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in designing & to map the SAP solutions to the business scenarios.
Gather requirement and author functional and configuration documents in various MM / WM processes like Purchase order, Stock transport order, Inventory management, material master, Handling Units, 3PL interfaces, Org structures.
Work with other SAP functional modules like FI & SD to integrate the solution.
Work with ABAP/technical teams to design customized solutions.
Data migration which includes data mapping, trial loads and reconciliation.
Will liaise between various internal and external teams
Testing, which includes unit, integration testing.
Coordinate with user to complete UAT
Participate in cut-over activities
