Job Role:
1. Must have complete understanding of Support project – with in scope, out of scope, deliverables and timelines
2. Understand the current support process, application architecture and functionality
3. Single Point of Contact for MES (SAP ME) for Business
4. Overall ownership on MES support issue and resolution working with other team/s involved.
5. Knows when and who to contact within client & other teams for resolution of issues
6. Co-ordination with MES Offshore team and Work with the offshore team to drive issues which have high priority.
7. Prioritization of issues
8. Provide regular & timely status update on the incidents/escalations/CR to business & IT
9. Keep track and follow up with business for open issues
10. Coordinate between business and enhancement team during the requirement phase of CR process
