Skills:
Strong business analysis experience in SAP to ascertain and decipher
business requirements
Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing and engineered to order
business
Prior experience in analyzing process maps and determining areas
for improvement and root cause analysis.
Ability to collect and analyze data regarding the legacy
applications and business data requirements
Experience and analyzing business processes and redesigning them
to increase throughput and reduce waste. Ability to understand a complex
and globally distributed product development process.
Must be very knowledgeable in MDM best practices.
Prior experience with SAP ERP and related industry best practices
Proficient use of Visio, Power Point presentation tool, and MS
office tools. Proven writing skills for mass communication.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis
Use relevant Business analysis tools as required.
Ability to deep dive into applications and extract relevant data.
Coordination with SMEs for requirements
Capture all the requirements in the Quality Center (QC)
Blueprinting of MDM solution
Provide functional support to development and testing team
Maintain confidentiality of Customer information
Highly organized with critical attention to details
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient use of Power Point presentation tool, and MS office
tools. Proven writing skills for mass communication.
