Job Description :
Location: - Irwindale, CA
At least 11 years of IT experience.
Preferred
Participate in legacy system discussions and identify systems that can be retired by SAP ISU functionality
1 full cycle SAP ISU implementation experience in the US for a large energy utility company
Lead discussions on data migration requirements and derive the conversion strategy
Perform hands on SAP ISU system and conversion configuration including setting up EMIGALL configuration
Create functional design documents for the conversion objects identified
Create functional unit and integration test plans and test data for ISU data conversion
Work with program managers to finalize the project plans
Work in an onsite-offshore model to ensure work is delivered
Mentor the consultants in the onsite-offshore team
Hands On EMIGALL configuration and customization
Strong overall knowledge of SAP ISU across all major sub-modules
Ability to do analysis, conduct workshops, requirement gathering ,designing and configuring the solution
Strong Analytical abilities, communication skills, Client Interfacing skills
Project and talent management
Experience with project management
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel .
The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face
