Functional Knowledge
A) Should have overall understanding of utility Industry and Market dynamics
a. Regulated Markets
b. Deregulated Markets
B) The knowledge of utility Business processes and Integration between different areas

Skills:

A) Demonstrate an overall understanding of FI-CA functionality

B) Detailed configuration experience in many of the following FI-CA components:
a. Dunning
b. Payments (including Cash Desk and Returns)
c. Account Determination
d. Settlement/Clearing Rules
e. Collection Agencies
f. Write-Offs / Value Adjustments
g. Refunds
h. Security Deposits
i. Installment Plans
j. BRF+ Dunning will be an added advantage
k. Life Cycle of an Open items
l. Payment Plan Knowledge
m. Tax
n. knowledge of Batch jobs
o. Knowledge of Interface to Payment Gateways

C) Understanding of other areas of CCS including Billing, Device Management (DM) and Customer Service (CRM
