Position #1: SAP ISU CRM consultant (1 position)

6 Months (subject to Extension)
Position Summary:
An experienced SAP CRM ISU consultant with at least 2 ISU projects experience in CRM.
Candidate should have strong experience in CRM contract management processes and WebIC with call center experience
Strong knowledge of CRM - ISU replication processes and troubleshooting knowledge.
Exposure to telephony integration and IVR would be nice to have but not mandatory.
Position #2: SAP ISU Billing consultant (2 positions)
Seattle, WA
6 Months (subject to Extension)
Position Summary:
Functional/technical proficiency with at least 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations and 4+ years of industry and/or consulting experience
At least 4 years of SAP experience implementing SAP ISU-CRB in the Billing area, Rates design and configuration of Rate schema, Experience with Dunning procedures and out sorting.
Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple
Strong configuration and design skills
Exposure with MDUS integration will be a plus, but not mandatary.
