Job Description :
Job Summary: The ideal candidate is responsible for functional and or technical specifications; execute ABAP code for customized modifications that cannot be delivered through ISU/CCS/CRM configuration. He/she should have experience in multiple areas such as ISU DM, Billing & Invoicing, Customer Service and FICA along with Good In-Depth knowledge of SAP ISU Module especially in Customer Service- CRM.


Responsibilities and Duties
Development experience in SAP CRM version 7 ehp 10 or higher in CRM Web-UI development.
Have good knowledge on ABAP/4 programming, classical reporting and interactive reporting, ALV''s. Also, have knowledge on Interfaces, forms, smart forms and print workbench.
Work on replication of Master data both technical and business master data between ECC and CRM systems.
Good In-Depth knowledge of SAP ISU Module especially in Customer Service- CRM.
Work on CRM Web UI and Web IC developments including creation of custom views, custom pop-up, navigation (component to component and inter component navigation), component usages, integrating custom view with standard component, creation of dropdowns, value helps and hyperlinks.
Configure and test ISU/CRM/IUT modifications to support new system development, enhancements, and production support modifications.
Develop and maintain SAP RICEFW objects like Reports, Dialog programming, OOPS objects, Data Dictionary, ALE/IDOCs, webservices, remote calls, ISU Print Workbench.
Provide functional and or technical specifications; execute ABAP code for customized modifications that cannot be delivered through ISU/CCS/CRM configuration.
Test the changes, build test scripts, create test data for all the key functionalities of ISU- CS.
Work on UI Framework Enhancements, Application Enhancement Tool (AET), BSP WD Component; Workbench Object Oriented Programming and Development knowledge, BSP/Adobe forms
Provide technical and functional support in resolving Medium/Complex Defects .
Work on performance optimization of the Interaction center of CRM Web UI.
Resolve complex and high priority issues in multiple areas such as ISU DM, Billing & Invoicing, Customer Service and FICA.


Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 plus years of experience in SAP ISU/CCS/CRMBilling.
Development experience in SAP CRM version 7 ehp 10 or higher in CRM Web-UI development.
Experience on ABAP/4 programming, classical reporting and interactive reporting, ALV''s.
In-Depth knowledge of SAP ISU Module especially in Customer Service- CRM.
Must experience in multiple areas such as ISU DM, Billing & Invoicing, Customer Service and FICA.
Billing master data configuration and customization, Billing tariff structures, Rate Type, rate Categories, Meter reading estimation, validations, Billing and Invoicing processes.
Strong SAP ISU knowledge and understanding Functional understanding of utilities CRM processes.
