JOB Description:
In accordance with the terms and conditions and scope of services included in the above reference contract, you are requested to submit a proposal for the services described herein.
1.1. SCOPE OF WORK
The contractor is expected to work with individuals from Client’s SAP IS-U Customer Relations & Billing (CR&B) analyst and development teams, and our business unit analysts, to implement changes to our Energy Assistance Program (EAPR Project will include a new enrollment/recertification tracking system, changes to move-in, move-out and transfer workflows, and updated SAP and BW reports to support the change from a single rate subsidy to a tiered EAPR subsidy.
The individual will assist with overall system design, create program and workflow specifications, design and execute Customer Service and Billing test cases and system regression testing to ensure all automation is working as expected, the new subsidies are displayed appropriately on the customer invoices, and CSR contract management processes are not negatively impacted.
The contractor should be a senior level SAP IS-U CR&B Functional Analyst experienced with CRM, CCS, ISU Workflows and knowledge of billing and other ISU modules.
Mandatory Requirements
1. 5 years’ experience designing and configuring solutions in CRM and/or SAP CR&B front-office.
2. Experience configuring CRM Business roles and knowledge on Component
Workbench configuration.
3. Experience in factsheet configuration and process framework in contract management;
4. Experience in solving BDoc replication errors and contract replication errors.
5. Experience performing extensive testing of new CR&B processes.
6. Experience in writing test cases and working experience on one of the defect tracking application like HP ALM, JIRA or TFS.
7. Excellent communication skills are required.
Technical Requirements
1. Ability to lead business requirement review and blueprint sessions.
2. Ability to translate business requirements into detailed specifications.
3. Ability to create process flow diagrams based on business requirements.
4. Ability to debug custom code and work independently to support project team.
5. Ability to communicate highly technical information in an understandable manner to project team both verbally and in writing.
6. Ability to configure and design new User Interface (UI) Components.
Desirable Qualifications
1. Experience implementing Energy Assistance Programs (EAPR, CARE, HEAP, etc at other utilities
2. Experience in the field of SAP utilities solutions e.g. CRM/CCS, ISU Billing
3. Knowledge on integrating BRFplus in SAP solution design
