SAP IS-U CCS (Industry Solution Utilities), Advanced knowledge Utilities Industry customer and billing processes. Knowledge of SAP customer data model. Knowledge of day to day processes of utility operations, in particular billing. MS Office and communication skills
Role Description:
Role supports AMI application testing regarding Customer Billing functionality. Specialization in SAP IS-Utilities CCS (Customer Care & Service), in particular customer records and billing in a customized environment. Experience with the SAP IS-U data model is a must. Analyze and troubleshoot day-to-day operations, in particular billing
