Qualifications/Experience Required –
The requirement to hire SR. SAP (IS-Utilities) Billing/Rate Configuration Consultant to assist in the development of complex commercial electric rates within SAP system. These complex multi-register rates will be capable of providing credits from the reads of one register and consumption billing from the other(s Consultant will need to provide assistance in the development and refinement of these rates working with City’s rate and billing staff.

Qualifications/Experience Required –
The consultant must have extensive experience (8+ years) in the following areas:
· SAP IS-U CCS Utilities Billing and Rate Configuration
Complex rate structures for commercial and industrial electric rates including multi-register meters, Net Metering (NEM), Time-of-Use (TOU), and solar
Designed and implemented billing rates for electric, gas, water, sewer, refuse, storm drain, and fiber
Configured billing schema and scenarios for all billing classes like residential, commercial and industrial along with seasonal variations
Conditional Billing Data Model
Designed & configured for SAP IS-U Inter-company billing process with different company code GL postings
Effective written and oral communication skills;
